How to prevent Lyme

Wear insect repellent. The Environmental Protection Agency recommends selecting a product that contains DEET, p-Menthane-3,8-diol, picaridin, oil of lemon eucalyptus, citronella or IR 3535. All have been registered with the EPA and can be found in commercially available insect repellent products.
